  • All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the order and location of your delivery.
  • All estimate times are for metro destinations – rural or regional locations will likely take longer.


  • Custom Artworks are created and shipped from Sydney, NSW, Australia.
  • Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, NSW, Australia. We follow NSW Public Holidays. All orders placed within Australia will be shipped by Australia Post. This is a tracked service and requires a signature on delivery.
  • All orders placed outside of Australia will be subject to International Postal Services and costs. International orders can choose Australia Post or International Courier Services.

  • For deliveries to countries outside of Australia, it is possible that your order may be subjected to import taxes, tariffs, or freight duties upon delivery. Please note that Gen-K will not be liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped.
  • All orders will be sent unframed, usually within 5 business days if your shipping address is within Australia.
  • Gen-K fine art prints are made to order and will take approximately 7-10 business days to be processed and dispatched.
  • All fine art prints are hand signed before being packaged ready for shipping.
  • For any orders placed during an out of office time zone, for example Public Holidays or exhibition weeks, you will be notified via email and be given a new estimated delivery date for your ordered artwork.

returns and exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided under the following guidelines:
  • Artwork wrongfully described on order
  • Faulty
  • Is significantly different to the display artwork or product description on our website
  • Buyer is responsible for return delivery cost.
  • Buyer needs to be able to provide original email and order number as proof of purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Artwork needs to be in original packaging, unused and in original condition.
  • We always advise customers to choose carefully. Please note for a change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping price of the return.
  • When a product is damaged through accident, misuse or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law may not apply and Gen-K may choose not to provide a refund or exchange.
  • When a refund or exchange is approved you can choose to receive it either as a store credit or paid back to the original payment method.
  • Please note that refund can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payments.
